Associate Director, Professional and Organizational Development


Stacy is the Associate Director of Professional and Organizational Development (POD) at the School of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania. As part of the School’s division of Liberal and Professional Studies, the POD team is responsible for generating new business opportunities, employer engagement, and extending the reach of Penn’s educational assets to broader audiences.

Stacy’s primary role in Professional and Organizational Development is the project management of the team’s new initiatives. Stacy worked closely with Trilogy Education Services to launch the Penn LPS Coding Boot Camp in January 2018. She continues to support the cohorts and actively promote the Boot Camp in the Philadelphia business community. Stacy works across the University on a wide range of non-credit programming including online course development for Coursera specializations in positive psychology and team culture and Penn courses in biochemistry.

Stacy began her career at Penn as the Department Manager for Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in the School of Engineering and Applied Science. Prior to joining Penn, Stacy was the Resident Activity Director for Plush Mills Senior Living and Program Coordinator for A Better Chance Strath Haven.

Stacy is an active volunteer for community, school, and religious organizations in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. She and her husband live in the borough and are parents to two adult daughters, two college-aged sons, and two Goldendoodles.
